Andrea Anders

Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin, and lived within DeForest, Wisconsin, but she now lives at Los Angeles. She has graduated from DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993 She also earned an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1997. Rutgers University awarded her a Master's of Fine Arts degree in 2001. From 2006 to 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met during the filming of the sitcom that ended in a rerun, began dating. Sean Anders directs her (Sex Drive, Never Thawed). Anders started out in theater at the age of 2001. She appeared in Elaine Robinson, the Broadway version of The Graduate's Elaine Robinson. She also appeared on stage in On the Jump at the Arena Stage, New Doors at the Guthrie Theater, and two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody. Anders began her acting career in May 2007 in the Geffen Playhouse production of Fat Pig. She was the character Jeannie who was an accountant. Fat Pig closed on July 1, 2007. Anders appeared in her first commercial on TV for Dannon back in the 1990s. And then, again around in the year. Anders one of her most well-known role is Nicole Allen, a former football player's spouse as in The Class and Joey as Alex Garrett (a lawyer). Both series were cancelled, even though she was in every episode. Anders appeared as a guest on One Life to Live as in Law & Order and Tru Calling. In 2003 she appeared as Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. She also made small appearances on The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather as well as Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders was also a guest on Numb3rs in the year 2008. Anders made appearances in two unfulfilled television pilots. Spellbound was one of them, as was News To Me another. Anders most recently was cast for the part of Better Off Ted by Victor Fresco, an ABC workplace comedy that is produced on one camera.
